Hello Co-journeyers, and welcome to The Truth So Help Me Good website! If you don't already know, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a sixty something year old wife, mother, grandmother, and daughter, to name just a few. I love life, and all things spiritual. The road has been long and full of both wonder and difficulty. Having experienced many of life's challenges, I have come to appreciate the gift of "the jewel in the heart of the lotus," in that our greatest challenges provide the opportunity for our greatest growth and transformation. The Truth So Help Me Good podcast is inspired by my upcoming memoir and honors the importance of all our personal stories from which we learn that we have more in common than we do differences.
